The church is a body, and every part of the body is needed in order for the body to be healthy and to be as God intended.  St. John’s thus seeks to build its ministries around the talents and gifts that God has placed here, or is bringing.  If you have gifts and talents, as we all do, come and find a place where you can share what gives you joy and also helps others.
